Management Trainee
Target Owned Brand Sourcing & Development (OBSD) is a vital part of Target supply chain, responsible for working with vendors around the world to deliver merchandise to our Target stores in the US. Starting from 2016, we have grown to 20 offices across the globe from Mainland China, Hong Kong, South East Asia, South Asia to Central America.

About the Role
This is a 6 months intensive program. As Management Trainee you will have the opportunity to work alongside professionals as your mentors and coach. You will be responsible to learn, be part or even lead projects that contribute to Target’s mission in helping families to discover joy of everyday life. You have two streams to choose how you want to start your career with this amazing company:
Product Quality & Safety Assurance (PSQA):
Your mission is to learn how to provide an opportunity for our customers to “Expect More. Pay Less” by offering high quality and safe products that meet their expectations.
OR
Owned Brand Sourcing (OBS):
Your mission is integrating our sourcing capabilities to positively impact the value of our products, by ensuring care to the people who make them and implementing responsible manufacturing practices to care for the environment.
