OUR OPENING POSITIONS:
- Account Payable Intern – HCM
- Scope: Reviewing and entering invoices, reconciling accounts payable, preparing payment documents and financial reports, and participating in the monthly accounting closing process
- Requirements: Major in Finance / Accounting, proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Finance Planning Analyst Intern – HCM
- Scope: Collect and process finance/sales data, create and maintain report templates (ensure data accuracy and timeliness)
- Requirements: Major in Economics, Finance, Data processing/visualization. Data analysis skills with good in Excel and SQL, Power BI; good problem-solving and logical thinking skills
- Hospital Support Intern – HCM
- Scope: Assist in preparing tender documents and handling paperwork like contracts and quotations, maintain organized filing,
support team collaboration, and other assigned tasks - Requirements: Major in Pharmacy or related fields, basic MS Office skills, intermediate English, and a proactive, eager-to-learn mindset

- Client Business Management Intern – HCM
- Scope: Support meeting logistics, prepare presentation materials, assist in data analysis and reporting, and help track key follow-ups
- Requirements: Final-year student or fresh grad in a relevant field, good English, solid PowerPoint/Excel skills, basic data sense, organized, and proactive
- Technology Intern (Application Support) – HCM
- Scope: Applications support (E-commerce, power app, local apps)
- Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Python programming, good communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and basic knowledge of application/technical support, and ERP/SAP systems is a plus
- Human Resource Intern – HCM
- Scope: Support teams with administrative tasks, assist in employee engagement activities, L&D tasks, organizing events, and perform other related duties as needed
- Requirements: Knowledge of HR practices, good communication, organization & problem-solving skills, attention to detail, data analysis, and teamwork
- Transportation Admin Intern (Data Analytics) – HCM
- Scope: Track and update order and delivery status, coordinate with delivery partners, handle shipping documents, and support delivery performance reporting and improvements
- Requirements: Major in Logistics, Business, or related fields. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, proficient in MS Excel, and the ability to handle pressure and manage time well
- Warehouse Intern – HCM & HN
- Scope: Support inventory tracking, stock in/out operations, assist with stocktaking and system updates, and suggest improvements
- Requirements: Major in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields, with knowledge of warehouse management, good organization and time management skills
- Engineering Intern (Facility) – HN
- Scope: Support routine maintenance of warehouse equipment, help troubleshoot facility issues, update maintenance records and licenses, and assist in reviewing and improving safety standards
- Requirements: Major in Industrial Management, Engineering, or related fields, basic knowledge of equipment and safety, a proactive and eager-to-learn attitude, and strong teamwork skills
- Medical Representative Intern – HCM & HN
- Scope: Assist in hospitals visits to introduce products, collect market and product feedback, follow up on tenders
- Requirements: Major in Pharmacy / Medicine. Good communication and basic English, learning agility, self-awareness, good collaboration, problem-solving skills
POTENTIAL CANDIDATES WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Final-year students or fresh graduates with < 6-month experience
- GPA from 7.0/10.0 (or 3.0/4.0)
- Conversational English and computer literacy
