❇️ Responsibilities:
– Strategy management: Preparing strategy by month (by brand) to improve sales or activity status
– Sales target management (by cat):
➤ Balance target by brand in cat to ach target from company
➤ Setting target by center/province/office/salesman
➤ Balance to set up target reasonable
– Market field:
➤ By schedule of plan, must go field to see, check, innovate strategy during month, and sales action of cat.
➤ Feedback to manager/sales team what is focusing and innovate this month and next step
– SPM meeting: Prepare content after focusing in month to make strategy and sales target plan
– Report: Right time and follow principle of department
❇️ Requirements:
– Open for Fresh Graduates or 4th year students (available full time)
– Ready for market field
– English: Communication
– Good analytic skill, logic mind set, active interest in sales.
