Traditional Off Trade Assistant Manager

Job descriptions: 

Develop plan and fully deliver Trade activation/ campaign/ events to ensure its effectiveness according to KPIs in particular Off-Premise channel.

  • Demonstrates understanding of shoppers and customers behaviors specific to the region to develop right strategy at right region.
  • Perform full year organizing trade activities in line with business objectives/ brand objectives.
  • Execution of National activations and events for all company portfolios based on Brand Campaign.
  • Manage the activity performance in collaborating with key commercial departments and external partners.
  • Responsible for the project budget (track all spend, monthly reporting).
  • Involves ongoing sales data analysis (trends, competitors, category, etc.), monitoring the competitor activities and propose innovative ideas.

Job requirements: 

– University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing.

– Knowledge of professionally trade marketing activities.

– At least 3 years working experience in the relevant field in beverage industry or FMCG.

– Expert in data analysis is required. Analytical thinking and problem-solving oriented.

– Good & clear communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

– Fluently spoken and written in English.

– Open-minded and enthusiasm.

– Dedication and commitment.
