I. Job Description
L&D Tasks (80%):
- Work with brand ( Fashion, Come home, Kubo and others coming brands) and Shared service (Logistics, Merchandise, Store Design & Brand Development, Finance) in developing training activities, initiatives and plan to deliver business needs
- Review and update training policy and procedures in line with updated requirements and practices
- Manage and coach the training team to deliver training activities effectively.
- Manage to ensure effective training plan implementation, including review of program design & delivery, action plan follow up, evaluation, measurement, etc. Prepare and conduct training & follow up within required timeline.
Engagement Tasks (20%):
- Being able to create, design banner, poster, social post, backdrop for activities/events via Photoshop/Canva/Adobe Illustrator
- Measure and drive reach, engagement, interaction, viewer and make monthly reports for the activity.
- Plan, implement and ensure the effectiveness of employee engagement programs
- Brainstorm ideas for programs, activities, and events to engage all employees of the company.
REQUIREMENTS
II. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in public relations, journalism, foreign languages, marketing, or related majors;
- Excellent in English written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong communication, planning ideas/ concepts, writing & presentation skill.
- Can use design tools: Ai, Canva, Ps …
- Be well-organized, creative, dynamic and self–initiative.
- Years of experience: Not required.
