Sea Logistics Intern, Documentation:
  • Assist the Operational Care team in executing transportation activities, including bookings, order entry, and generating required export documentation.
  • Ensure alignment with shipping instructions, clarifying any deviations and ensuring compliance with country regulations, export guidelines, and financial standards.
  • Monitor the operational performance of carriers and vendors, escalating issues as needed, and collaborate with Customer Care Locations (CCLs) to provide proactive solutions for customer satisfaction.
Road Logistics Intern:
  • Maintain and build the customer database, identify new customers through cold calling, and gather business transaction details and logistics service needs.
  • Support the Sales team by assisting in process mapping, data analysis, and customer business flow.
  • Follow up on pricing collection, RFQ submissions, and ensure the accuracy of all documents for Sales Managers/Leads.
  • Coordinate with the Operations team to gather requested documents, including SOPs and business reports, to ensure smooth business development and operations.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education: Final-year student or recent graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or International Business.
  • Experience: Basic knowledge of International Freight Forwarding and Import-Export processes.
  • Skills:
    • Eager to learn, proactive, responsible, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
    • Proficient in English.
    • Full-time availability for the 12-month internship.
    • High attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in work.
