Are you passionate about talent acquisition and employer branding? Are you ready to dive into the world of recruitment, event management, and logistics coordination? Join us as an Intern in our Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition team at Suntory PepsiCo Viet Nam.

This internship offers an incredible opportunity to work on key activities in our young talent attraction & selection process while gaining hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding. You’ll play a vital role in supporting our recruitment events and initiatives, providing a valuable foundation for your career growth.

 Key Responsibilities:
  • Logistics & POSM Production: Assist in coordinating logistics for young talent selection process: including Testing, Interviews, Assessment, and Onboarding Week.
  • Contract & Payment Coordination: Manage vendor relationships and ensure smooth payment processes.
  • Inventory Management: Keep track of event inventory and ensure everything is in place for successful events.
  • Reporting: Collect and analyze data related to young talent activities to support decision-making and improvements.
  • Employer Branding (EB) Activities: Contribute to university partnerships, other young talent programs initiatives, and assist with career fairs or other employer branding initiatives.

 REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Full-time availability. GPA >7.5
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proactive and self-driven, with a strong desire to learn and contribute to employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Social media savvy, with experience in creating content for Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Knowledge of FMCG industry and talent acquisition concepts will be a plus.
