As Talent Acquisition Officer, you are responsible for the recruiting of  highly capable university graduates and young professionals for our graduate program as well as branding for our organization as an employer.   1. Provide recruiting expertise to find, attract and hire the best talent needed by Green Edu and partners’ graduate programs
  2. Strengthen Green Edu career branding with corporate partners, colleges and media
  3. Work with corporate partners to support joint recruitment strategies
  4. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet application targets
  5. Cultivate potential talent, and deliver a compelling proposition tailored to young professionals’ and graduates’ motivations and interests
  6. Build, maintain, and leverage networks with student leaders/influencers/groups, administrators, faculty members, career service advisors
  7. Working with other team members to produce materials to support recruitment efforts, ensuring adherence to the organizational brand, marketing, and positioning strategies
  8. Conduct online campaigns using social networking and web marketing


  • You are confident, fun, friendly and most importantly share our “WE” value
  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline
  • Having 1-3  years working experience, preferably experience in talent acquisition
  • Detail oriented, positive attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks to fit deadlines
  • Results-driven and goal-orientated with a drive to exceed aspirational targets
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills
  • Creativity and innovation to devise solutions to effectively market organization image
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to assess, prioritize and manage a varied workload
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office
