Job Description

Responsibilities

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Assist with recruitment tasks such as applicant profile creation, system tracking, and administrative duties.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess potential candidates and build a strong talent pool.
  • Actively post job openings and engage with candidates via social media to expand the candidate network.
  • Perform research to source candidates and gather market insights.
  • Support market mapping and competitive analysis to identify top talent.
  • Work closely with the Team Leader or Recruiter Partner on recruitment projects, including supporting documentation and planning.
  • Gain real-life experience by taking ownership of recruitment processes, with a 50-70% chance of running and closing job positions.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand and assess candidates effectively.
  • High motivation and willingness to learn, especially in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
  • Task-oriented and detail-focused, with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Able to commit to a full-time internship in the office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
