JOB DESCRIPTION
Assists Supplies Team Leader to implement the system for procurement, transportation, handling, and control of engineering spares and materials efficiently and economically. Participate in the evaluation and selection of suppliers, products, and services on the basis of the ability to meet the company requirements including the quality system and regulatory requirements in accordance with documented procedures.
- To be responsible for consumable and expendable on-time (daily/ engine change/ MCC request)
- Monitor the progress of tools and equipment sent for calibration and test to ensure timely return.
- Ensure the most cost-effective method of shipment to dispatch material.
- To be responsible for AOG case with C&E and Rottable demand during the weekend, holiday.
- Monitor material for A-Check with C&E section, especially in Chemical; C-check and collaborated with C-check team; cabin defect and collaborate with cabin team for clearing defect.
- Follow setting up NDT, GSE and A-check tools.
- To be responsible for Level stock; Inspection & storage spares/ materials .
- Others: Other assignments from the direct Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree
2. Language skills:
- Good at English, TOEIC minimum 400 or equivalent
3. Other requirements:
- Supply chain and logistic knowledge.
- Able to work under high pressure, self-disciplined – able to work effectively in a team.
- Good at MS Office, AMOS is preferable.
- Can work overtime and outside of the office.
