Job Description
DUTIES
- Check and follow-up quotation from factory, study Furniture product and related’s standards in US/EU… market to deal with quotation
- Make Q-sheet, check drawing’s product from factory, confirm drawing; follow-up sample process (go to factory to check sample if need)
- Check/follow-up shipping plan; ask for product’s certification if need, work with paper-work, follow-up payment on time, etc
- Work with factory to solve customer’s claim, negotiate to get best solution to feedback with Customer service team
- Support to looking for new factory to develop more products
- Try to find new products to introduce to PM team in China
- Receive new products list and requirement from PM team, work with factory and get back with best price
- Communicate with PM team to understand more their demands, their products categories, etc.
- Co-operate with PM to update, solve, process PO/contract and related tasks on OSJ/SCM system
- Co-operate with PM to understand sales trends, customer reviews, customer claims…
- Cooperate with other teams (QA-QC, SMS…) to complete other related work
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Willing to go short-term business trip
- Fluent in English/ Chinese communications, majors are not limited
- Have knowlegde about Supply chain (Furniture market is prefer)
- Keen market insight, good data collection, statistics and analysis skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, positive attitude and dedication
