Job description

  • Execute monthly payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy in salary, PIT, social insurance, and employee benefits;
  • Calculate monthly KPI-based incentives for Business Units and Back Office Divisions aligned with Company policies;
  • Handle monthly Personal Income Tax (PIT) reports and PIT finalization for employees and dependents;
  • Support payroll audits (internal & external), and respond to audit inquiries and data requests;
  • Maintain and help enhance HRM system to improve automation and data integrity;
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBP) to handle employee concerns, review and improve compensation policies;
  • Handle employee queries related to salary, PIT, insurance, and benefit claims;
  • Prepare C&B dashboards, reports and especially proposals to support managerial decisions;
  • Ensure all practices comply with Vietnamese labor law and company policies;
  • Take on ad-hoc assignments as required by line manager or C&B Manager;

Job requirement

1. Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields;
  • Relevant professional HR certification is preferred;
2. Experiences
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in C&B or Payroll role in companies with 1,000+ employees;
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnam labor law, SHUI regulations, and Personal Income Tax;
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems (HRM/ERP) and supporting audit-readiness;
3. Skills:
  •  Strong Excel (array formulas, pivot tables, data validation); good with PowerPoint;
  •  Logical, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset;
  •  Proactive, solution-oriented communication skills;
  •  Able to work independently, under pressure, and manage multiple deadlines;
  •  Customer-oriented with high accuracy and service mindset;
  •  Able to prepare proposals and present to internal stakeholders;
  •  Fluent in English (especially in speaking and writing);
4. Personal characteristics:
