Job Description:

  • Going through intensive 6-month traineeship
  • Developing and maintaining a productive long-term relationship with customers in Traditional Trade channel
  • Acquiring a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements;
  • Acquiring an in-depth understanding of your shoppers, categories and market;
  • Preparing volume forecast and plans;
  • Collaborating very closely with teams from other departments;
  • Resolving any issues and problems of your clients and act as a link between your customer and the internal teams.’

Job Qualifications:

Qualifications
  • A college degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s is fine, preferably with some business focus)
  • Fresh graduates who are ready to start working full time or experienced candidates with under 3 years of experience, regardless of industries/background
  • Passion for winning in Sales
  • Excellent visionary, strategic, and strong leadership skills
  • Strengths in analytical thinking,
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Ready to relocate nationally and internationally as it is a field-based position
  • Vietnamese only
