Developing and maintaining a productive long-term relationship with customers in Traditional Trade channel
Acquiring a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements;
Acquiring an in-depth understanding of your shoppers, categories and market;
Preparing volume forecast and plans;
Collaborating very closely with teams from other departments;
Resolving any issues and problems of your clients and act as a link between your customer and the internal teams.’
Job Qualifications:
Qualifications
A college degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s is fine, preferably with some business focus)
Fresh graduates who are ready to start working full time or experienced candidates with under 3 years of experience, regardless of industries/background
Passion for winning in Sales
Excellent visionary, strategic, and strong leadership skills
Strengths in analytical thinking,
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Ready to relocate nationally and internationally as it is a field-based position
