Company Overview: Join our dynamic team specializing in freight forwarding and logistics services, including road, sea, and air transportation. We’re seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive to help expand our customer base and enhance client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales prospects to expand our customer base.
- Promote and sell our freight forwarding and logistics services to new and existing customers.
- Provide support and advice to customers to deliver optimal solutions tailored to their needs.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle additional tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager and Regional General Manager (RGM).
General Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from International University – VNU (Ho Chi Minh City) or equivalent.
- Languages: Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Chinese is highly preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas convincingly and make a positive impression.
- Effective negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in creating reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Willingness to support and cooperate with team members.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for sales.
- Professional demeanor with a commercial mindset and proactive customer service approach.
