Job Description

Company Overview: Join our dynamic team specializing in freight forwarding and logistics services, including road, sea, and air transportation. We’re seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive to help expand our customer base and enhance client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales prospects to expand our customer base.
  • Promote and sell our freight forwarding and logistics services to new and existing customers.
  • Provide support and advice to customers to deliver optimal solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Handle additional tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager and Regional General Manager (RGM).

General Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree from International University – VNU (Ho Chi Minh City) or equivalent.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Chinese is highly preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas convincingly and make a positive impression.
    • Effective negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in creating reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.
    • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
    • Willingness to support and cooperate with team members.
    • Quick learner with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for sales.
    • Professional demeanor with a commercial mindset and proactive customer service approach.
