Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Analyst to support supplier compliance, promotions, rebates, and pricing analysis activities.
The role focuses on reviewing supplier agreements, analyzing transactional data, identifying payment discrepancies, and supporting recovery processes through data validation and reporting. You will collaborate with overseas project teams and clients, including teams in Australia and New Zealand.
Job Responsibilities
Supplier Agreement & Data Analysis
- Read and understand client agreements with suppliers in English, including:
- Emails
- Business contracts
- Price change forms
- Other related documents
- Use Excel to analyze client transactional data, including:
- Accounts Payable records
- Invoice details
- Purchase Orders
- Sales data
- Compare transactional data against supplier agreements to validate payment accuracy.
Compliance Review & Reporting
- Identify historical transactions with payment discrepancies or data mismatches.
- Create detailed Excel reports to document and calculate identified payment errors.
- Perform data processing, transformation, and validation to support analysis and resolution activities.
Client & Team Collaboration
- Communicate findings and updates via email or instant messaging with overseas project teams and clients.
- Support the recovery of missing payments from suppliers and assist in resolving identified issues.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as:
- Finance
- Auditing
- Economics
- Business Administration
- English Language / Business English
- Related majors
- At least 1 year of experience in:
- Supplier compliance
- Accounts payable review
- Internal auditing
- Data analytics
- Sales administration
- Merchandising
- Logistics coordination
- Related supporting roles
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written English skills, especially reading comprehension.
- Strong attention to detail and careful working style.
- Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with numbers and data.
- Good teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
