Job Description

 JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the supervision of Commercial Manager Produce, the Produce Monitor is responsible of technical support for sales services ( by training, consulting, controlling KPIs) to enhance the sales performance of concerning department.

Function : Training• Train new staff and enhance professional knowledge for team of his/her own department• Assist in elaborating training modules in his/her own sector of competency• Based on Purchasing center’s needs, assist in professional training or creation of product and recipe• Evaluate in time the professionalism of team in place and validate the tests to determine levels of professional workers. Function : Monitor/ Control KPI• Provide professional support for store in his/ her own scope• Ensure and improve quality level and turnover of department assigned Function : Consult technique for existing and opening stores• Propose to Sales Development Director solutions to improve product quality• Support for opening of new store in his/her own professional scope + in nationwide if needed Other activities according to job requirements and assigned by superiors. Working Hours: Open contract same as Store Operation. Basically, Tuesday to Saturday. 06h00 to 15h00 or 07h00 to 16h00. Based at GO! An Lac, Binh Tan Dist.

 REQUIREMENTS

Knowledges

– Commercial management

– Knowledge of competitor, market and relevant products

 Skills

– Delivery training on technical skills or soft-skills

– Problem solving method and practices

– Good communication and influencing skills

Education: Professional certificate is priority

Seniority: at least 3 years

Language:  Fluent in English

Office skills: Excel, Power point, and MS word
