With the ambition to build Zalo as an all-in-one application, we are seeking Operations Executive for Zalo O2O who has an entrepreneurial and data-driven mindset to join this bold adventure.

- Onboard merchants/partners to the platform and ensure they understand how to use and satisfied with the platform.
- Manage and operate merchants/partners support channels (Email, Live chat, Hotline). Ensure operational metrics are met.
- Work closely with the business development team and campaign team to develop and execute promotion campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations to consistently improve operational performance. Gather products feedback from merchants/partners to improve the platform.
- Create docs, reports and provide updated information on operation progress for internal and external stakeholders.
- Design and implement new operational processes to scale up the operation capacity.
- A perfectionist and who have high standard and attention to detail, obsessed with excellent service quality.
- Has a strong entrepreneurial spirit, willing to go extra miles to get things done.
- Good at interpersonal skills. You’re effective at communicating with and building relationships and able to recognize the merchant’s needs.
- Be able to explain complicated concepts in a simple manner. As you have to work with restaurant owners and staff.
- Strong project management skill. You are effective at working with multiple merchants at once.
- Intermediate competency in Excel. Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Fast learner and a team player.
