Requirements
- University Graduates in any disciplines with less than 1-year full-time working experiences
- Self-motivation, willing to learn and challenge yourself
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and work under a fast-paced environment
Program Milestone
– Stage 1 (2 months): Get to know fundamental
- Planning and forecasting sales, monitoring performance, take part in key business decisions with line manager through analyses, driving important processes.
– Stage 2 (2 months): Plan, Implement & Evaluate
- Manager daily execution to grow an account; drive initiatives to help sustain growth for brands and platforms.
-Stage 3 (2-3 months): Brand/Platform Owner
- Dedicated to a platform or a brand. Sales planning & building relationship, delivering comprehensive insight, drive sales generation and profitability, manages account fundamental KPIs.

– 04/01/2019: Assessment Day
– 07/01/2019 – 11/01/2019: Calibration & Selection
