Job Description

 JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Support developing content plans on Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube,… to enhance branding and sale campaigns.
  • Responsible for creating and managing daily social media posts including writing copy, preparing engaging banners/video.
  • Utilize content & edit videos on Capcut.
  • Staying up-to-date with beauty and digital marketing trends for continuous improvement and recommendation for adjustments.
  • Collaborating with multiple teams (Trading, CS, Supply Chain…) to manage social media activities including livestream, minigame, contest… of Store and E-store.
  • Facilitate utilizing data / insights to grow fanbase, improve engagement rate, convert fans to customers, increase traffic and eventually sales for Store and E-store.
  • Assisting with general administration and team-related tasks and reports.

Please note that this job description shall not cover all other responsibilities/ duties to be raised accordance to each Dept operation needs.

 REQUIREMENTS

  • BS/BA in Marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge of skincare, makeup, beauty products is a high plus.
  • Basic Canva/Capcut skill.
  • Good problem-solving skill; Stress tolerance and Interpersonal skills.
  • Team player: able to work well with team members in a high pressure.
  • Initiative; Can-do attitude; Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Take part in building a good culture for Team: helpful, honest, solitary.
  • Follow company policies and department KPIs.

 BENEFITS

Benefit: 5.000.000 VND/month + 350.000 VND/month (Parking allowance)

Duration: 6 months.

Timeline: Monday – Friday (9h-18h)
