Job Summary: 

– Receiving phone calls from external/internal

– Doing tasks related to office management & logistics arrangement

– Doing payment such as stationary, transportation, phone,…and support marketing team to do payment

– Managing expenses such as overtime, outlet visit,…

– Other Admin tasks assigned by managers

 

Job Requirement:

– University graduate in foreign language/business administration

 – At least 1-year experience in receptionist/ administration role

– Communication, organizing, interpersonal skills, soft and clear voice

– Customer service, time management and problem solving skills

– Reliable, accurate, patient, neat and tidy, self-confident

– Conversant with spoken and written English

– Good office skills (MS office, filing…)
