- Monitor and manage the import/export of equipment, customs procedures, and related costs (including hand-carried spare parts materials); ensure on-time completion.
- Perform the import/export of equipment and handle customs procedures for spare parts.
- Carry out declarations and distribute spare parts in a timely manner (including aircraft spare parts and other related items).
- Other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Requirements
Education:
- College or Bachelor’s Degree.
Language skills:
- Proficient in English with a minimum TOEIC score of 350 or equivalent.
Other requirements:
- Knowledge in Import & Export law, customs procedures, and freight.
- Good understanding of dangerous goods and IATA standards.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with AMOS is a plus.
- Ability to work under high pressure, maintain discipline, attention to detail, and work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to work overtime and offsite when required.
