Job Description

  • Monitor and manage the import/export of equipment, customs procedures, and related costs (including hand-carried spare parts materials); ensure on-time completion.
  • Perform the import/export of equipment and handle customs procedures for spare parts.
  • Carry out declarations and distribute spare parts in a timely manner (including aircraft spare parts and other related items).
  • Other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Requirements

Education:

  • College or Bachelor’s Degree.

Language skills:

  • Proficient in English with a minimum TOEIC score of 350 or equivalent.

Other requirements:

  • Knowledge in Import & Export law, customs procedures, and freight.
  • Good understanding of dangerous goods and IATA standards.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with AMOS is a plus.
  • Ability to work under high pressure, maintain discipline, attention to detail, and work effectively in a team.
  • Willingness to work overtime and offsite when required.
