1. Job Description
- Conduct research on legal, investment and tax issues/regulations assigned by legal team of the firm;
- Analyze legal issues, figured out solutions, and wrote letters of advice under the guidance of the direct supervisor and manager;
- Prepare and deliver presentations as assigned;
- Write reports on a number of legal issues under instruction;
- Assist legal team for legal file management;
- Prepare documents and file application for entity setup with the State Competent Agencies;
- In charge of administrative work for legal Department;
- Other tasked assigned by Legal Manager.
2. Requirements & Opportunities
- Background in law and other related fields;
- Internship experience from a law firm and/or consulting firm;
- Fluent in English;
- Microsoft office skills;
- Ability to multi-task and work independently under deadline;
- Hard-working, careful, enthusiastic, patient and willing to learn.
