Job Description

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain the IT incidents and request queue in IT Service Management (ITSM) system (ServiceNow)
  • Perform desktop support (both hardware and authorized software) tasks as required 
  • Set up personal computers/ laptops (both hardware and authorized software) as required
  • Support IT Dept to contact with service providers to maintenance IT equipments
  • Escalate complex problems to IT Manager if any

Requirements:

  • COMPULSORY: Final-year student (NOT fresh graduated and still be student for at least 4 months) who can work full-time from Monday to Friday for 6 months, 1-2 off-sessions per week for the study is acceptable. Candidates can work 5 days per week during 6 months is preferable
  • Background with Information Technology is preferable
  • Good attitude, hard-working, willing to learn  
  • Good at English skills (both speaking & writing)
