About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Intern to join our Client Service team and support Junior Traders. This internship will provide exposure to key aspects of international trade, client management, and logistics, offering valuable experience for those looking to start a career in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze logistics reports (stock and sea shipment reports) and share relevant information with Junior Traders.
- Monitor and track account receivables by checking the status of open invoices.
- Input data related to ongoing commercial deals into internal systems.
- Lead KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures for new clients, including document requests and coordination with the Compliance team.
- Prepare shipment documentation, including packing lists and Certificates of Origin (COO).
- Learn the basics of Junior Trader responsibilities and provide support by assisting with simpler tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
- University student majoring in International Trade, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Previous experience or internship in client service management or international trade is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with an analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and self-organization skills; ability to work well in a teamoriented environment.
- Proficiency in English (fluent) and Chinese (Upper Intermediate level, both speaking and writing).
- The interview process will be conducted in both English and Chinese
