Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • People & Culture Intern – Learning & Capability (3-month) We are seeking a dynamic and motivated People & Culture Intern to join our team and contribute to our Learning & Capability initiatives. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for Learning & Capability activities, with a focus on Training Management activities, while also providing support in Learning Culture activities. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in the FMCG industry, particularly in the Beverage sector, and develop skills in Training Management, Communication, Project Management, and Learning System Management. 
Training Management (85%)
  • Be responsible for full training management process including communicating with stakeholders, managing training logistics and proceeding contract, payment with vendor and internal partners.
  • Support in training follow-up activities before & after trainings with participants (reminder, homework…)
  • Be MySU (Learning Management System) admin and coordinator to support employees with self-learning activities.
  • Assist tracking and monitoring all learning activities through training management system (Agile Learning App).
Agile Learning Culture (15%)
  • Involved in brainstorming, planning, and developing communication and engagement activities to build Agile Learning Culture for SPVB employees.
  • Support team to design proper communication (poster, video clip, email…) to foster Agile Learning activities. 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Full-time availability.
  • Proactive and self-driven, with a strong desire to learn and contribute to Learning & Capability initiatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized with digital savvy mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (Both in English & Vietnamese).
  • Proficient design skill via Canva or AI/ Photoshop…
