JOB DESCRIPTION
Recruitment Support
- To follow up and update candidate applications in proper categorized positions
- To assist of arranging for test and interviews with candidates and interviewers, monitoring the results of test and interview and informing candidates on the results
- To attend campaigns and organize career fairs
General HR Assistance
- Assist with handling C&B tasks related to employee benefits, leave, Overtime policies, Timesheet and other HR matters.
- Assist in data entry, and processing of employee-related information, update, maintain, and store employee records.
- Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects assigned by supervisors/managers.
Administrative Support
- To assist data entry of courier, stationary distribution, payment forms and other administrative matters.
- To attend and organize internal events/activities for employees.
REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Students with major in Human Resource, Business Administration, English or related fields…
- Able to work full-time;
- Good proficiency in English (reading, writing, listening and speaking);
- Familiar with using Word, Excel; and
- Good communication, organization skills and problem solving skills;
