Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist in sourcing and attracting talents for various open roles.
  • Conduct CV sourcing, initial screenings, and coordinate interviews.
  • Keep applicant tracking system updated and organized.
  • Organize and coordinate employer branding events, job fairs, Management Trainee program.
  • Prepare and support the onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Design communication materials (banners, presentations, backdrops, etc.) for employer branding activities and HR projects.
  • Provide additional support for talent acquisition & HR tasks.
  • Support company events, employee engagement activities
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager

REQUIREMENTS

  • Final-year student or recent graduate, available to work full-time for 6 months.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, graphic design tools and video editing (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, passionate about HR and eager to learn.
