JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist in sourcing and attracting talents for various open roles.
- Conduct CV sourcing, initial screenings, and coordinate interviews.
- Keep applicant tracking system updated and organized.
- Organize and coordinate employer branding events, job fairs, Management Trainee program.
- Prepare and support the onboarding experience for new hires.
- Design communication materials (banners, presentations, backdrops, etc.) for employer branding activities and HR projects.
- Provide additional support for talent acquisition & HR tasks.
- Support company events, employee engagement activities
- Other tasks assigned by line manager
REQUIREMENTS
- Final-year student or recent graduate, available to work full-time for 6 months.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, graphic design tools and video editing (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, etc.) is an advantage.
- Fluent in English.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, passionate about HR and eager to learn.
