 JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Objectives:

This position is responsible for tasks related to contractors, including labor management, data entry, and employee/payroll profile administration. The role involves working closely with consultants and contractors under direct supervision to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.  

Job Description:

  • Support to follow up payment of clients.
  • Support to follow up payment to contractors (business reimbursement).
  • Build and maintain relationships with consultants and other departments for work-related duties.
  • Support activities related to the contractors include Onboarding and Off Boarding processes, Labor Management, Consultancy.
  • Answer inquiries from contractors.
  • Contact relevant internal departments for special requests from Consultants/ Line Manager.
  • Perform administrative duties as assigned.

 REQUIREMENTS

  • 3rd or final year student from university majoring in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, English, Economics and relevant. The expected graduation date should be after December 2025.
  • Must have student confirmation/letter of internship introduction from university.
  • Ability to work full-time in 6 months.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and precise.
  • Proactive and self-driven.
  • Capable of maintaining high levels of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Location: STAR Building – 33 Mac Dinh Chi Street, Da Kao Ward, District 1, HCMC.

Working time: Monday to Friday (9h00 – 18h00).
