We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern who is passionate about recruitment and employer branding. If you’re interested in HR, enjoy competitive tasks, and have a background in marketing or business management, we’d love to hear from you!
Recruitment Support
- Manage job postings on LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms.
- Screen potential candidates and advise hiring positions.
- Assist in building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline to meet hiring KPIs/KGIs.
- Track hiring progress and report on recruitment metrics.
Employer Branding
- Create engaging content to promote the company’s culture and values.
- Contribute to social media and online branding initiatives to increase awareness.
- Collaborate with the team to design campaigns and develop company visibility.
- Track branding KPIs and provide reports on performance.
Admin task
- Help organize events that create a vibrant and positive workplace for our young talents, such as office parties, sports clubs, English clubs, company trips, and job fairs.
- Perform additional tasks as requested by the HR team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Female, 3rd-year or final-year students.
- Intermediate-level English skills (writing/speaking).
- Interest in HR and recruitment: Passionate about a career in human resources.
- Goal-Oriented: Comfortable working within KPI/KGI frameworks to achieve measurable results.
- Background: Preferably studying Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
- Skills: Strong communication, creativity, and attention to detail.
