HR Assistant ( Internship)


  • Shadow and assist HR/AD Director in daily global operation duties of the back office


  • Daily office expenses spending, recording, coordinating with the finance team and outsource accounting company for the report on a weekly basis as well as support the schedule and banking input for payments
  • Vendor contract management, ensure the follow up of contract expiration and renewal
  • Business trip arrangement together with visa/work permit/residence card application
  • Office administration: phone operator, mail post service and visitor management, parking registration, electric fee, office maintenance, special notice, equipment, stationery, manage tea-lady’s work, ensure the best office image and condition, office insurance, notarize company documents, schedule meetings and more
    • Take care of daily F&B menu for everyone
    • Be responsible for business trip arrangement including booking,  scheduling and arranging logistic
    • Support in carrying out company external outing, routine sports day, company trips and so on
    • Set up and support in organizing company internal gathering and events, including Friday announcement section, culture week and many more
    • On-boarding new staff by preparing the working space, equipment, and onboarding kits
    • Off-boarding resigned staff following company policy and preparing thank you gifts.
    • Take care of employee anniversaries and birthdays
    • Be responsible for office purchase-including stationery, water, business cards, and team activities supplies.

HR Support:


  • Post job, manage database, support the interview and screening process
  • Support the logistics and arrangement for the job fair, career fair
  • Present as an ITC ambassador at the event
  • Onboarding/Offboarding paperwork processing


  • Employee database and employment documents drafting and managing
  • Check the attendance of the employee monthly
  • Social Insurance matter and additional Premium Health Insurance benefits managing
  • Union budget for activities managing, executing and reporting quarterly and annually 


  • Coordinate with engagement project’s leader to carry out team-building activities within employees
  • Always be ready to tackle and back-up during colleagues’ absence.

Must have 

  • Able to commit 5 days per week in at least 03 months or even longer depending on your availability
  • Education & Experience:
    • Last year students or fresh graduate majoring in Business Administration/HR/Finance
    • Fluent in English communication (writing and speaking)
    • Proficient in using Excel and Google Drive
