SPX Future Leaders Program (FLP) is designed to immerse you into the world of logistics, exposing you to our biggest e-logistics in Vietnam and developing you to become future leaders of SPX.
We are offering you the chance to tackle challenging assignments across four key areas of our business: First & Last Mile, Sorting Center / Warehouse, Transport, and Office-based Teams. This program will rapidly develop your skills and prepare you for future managerial responsibilities.
Applicants hired under SPX Future Leaders Program 2025 form a key pipeline of managerial talent for us. Your journey in 24 months will include these following check points:
- First & Last Mile teams handle the initial pickup from sellers and the final delivery to end customers. These are critical stages in the logistics chain, involving coordination of thousands of riders and drivers daily. Their focus is to ensure timely, accurate, and customer-centric delivery experiences.
- Sorting Center / Warehouse operate as the heart of the logistics network. Here, parcels are scanned, sorted, and grouped by destination, size, or shipping method before being dispatched. This process ensures that every package is routed efficiently and accurately to its next point in the journey.
- Transport acts as the connector between Sorting Centers and First & Last Mile Hubs or Distribution Points. It manages the long-distance movement of parcels using fixed schedules and routes. With a focus on speed, reliability, and cost-efficiency, the Transport team ensures the backbone of nationwide delivery flows smoothly.
- Office-based teams support core operations through strategic planning, performance management, system enhancements, finance and planning analysis, and cross-functional coordination. These teams play a key role in ensuring that frontline operations are scalable, compliant, and continuously optimized.

Principal duties and responsibilities:
- Receive training, and perform duties in assigned Hub / Sort Center / Warehouse / Transport in operations in order to attain functional knowledge;
- Learn various staff functions, operations workflow, management viewpoints and company policies and practices affecting each phase of SPX business development;
- Meet performance goals and objectives set by management;
- Report to management regularly on progress made in attaining goals and objectives;
- Observe experienced talents in SPX to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties;
After the 24 months
The 24-month program provides an excellent opportunity for you to gain exposure and development in SPX Operations. You will go through on-the-job training, job rotation and get practical experience. Successful graduates of the program will land a permanent managerial position within Operation Team (First & Last Mile, Transport, or Sorting Center / Warehouse).
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Bachelors or master degree in logistics, supply chain management, or other business-major related.
- Fresh graduates or have a maximum of 2-year working experience, preferably in logistics or related fields.
- High resilience when working at the Operations site (at Hub, Sorting Center, Warehouse, not Office).
- Intermediate verbal and written communication in the English language.
- Passionate about E-Logistics or Supply Chain industry.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to new roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, drive to succeed and proactive.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
