- 5S Coordination – Check and ensure 5S standards at HcP, Update information on 5S board, weekly report the issues with 5S coordination team.
- Pest Control – Correctly identify the pest organism, assess and monitor the pest population, Tracking and report the quantity of pest to have a reasonable solution.
- Furniture management: Check condition of small furniture, prepare equipment for meeting, event,…
- Housekeeping – Check condition of cleaning service in shopfloor and office.
- Tea break: Prepare tea break for visitor (arrange, order, tracking,…)
- Others task as assign
Qualifications
- Senior student, major in Mechanical or Electrical engineering
- IT skills, particularly MS office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Reliable, high-disciplined, patient and careful
- Good at English and Vietnamese communication skills
