1. Securities Operations:
  • Open accounts and manage investor information at CVS.
  • Perform depository operations and handle investor entitlements.
  • Support securities-related transactions in accordance with internal procedures and legal regulations.
2. System Development and Testing:
  • Assist in the implementation and testing of internal systems and products at CVS.
  • Participate in system testing projects with external entities such as VSDC, HNX, HSX, and VNX.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to optimize business processes through technology solutions.
3. Reporting and Compliance:
  • Prepare periodic or ad-hoc reports as requested by Management, SSC, VSDC, HOSE, HNX, or VNX.
  • Ensure strict compliance with regulations set by authorities and internal company policies.
4. Operations Monitoring and Issue Resolution:
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve issues arising during operations.
  • Propose process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

1. Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, or related fields.
2. Professional Skills:
  • Basic understanding of the securities market and related operations.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize data for reporting and decision-making purposes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
3. Personal Skills:
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Good problem-solving abilities and logical thinking.
  • Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
