1. Securities Operations:
- Open accounts and manage investor information at CVS.
- Perform depository operations and handle investor entitlements.
- Support securities-related transactions in accordance with internal procedures and legal regulations.
2. System Development and Testing:
- Assist in the implementation and testing of internal systems and products at CVS.
- Participate in system testing projects with external entities such as VSDC, HNX, HSX, and VNX.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to optimize business processes through technology solutions.
3. Reporting and Compliance:
- Prepare periodic or ad-hoc reports as requested by Management, SSC, VSDC, HOSE, HNX, or VNX.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulations set by authorities and internal company policies.
4. Operations Monitoring and Issue Resolution:
- Identify, analyze, and resolve issues arising during operations.
- Propose process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
1. Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, or related fields.
2. Professional Skills:
- Basic understanding of the securities market and related operations.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize data for reporting and decision-making purposes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
3. Personal Skills:
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities and logical thinking.
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
