Provide input into the demand management cycle of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process for your product categories and contribute to discussions on strategy and structure.
Coordinate with commercial and operations teams to develop methods for continuously improving information flow between departments in order to help achieve business KPIs.
Manage the forecasting process, including short-term weekly planning and long-term forecasts (three months or more).
Collaborate with the modeling team to develop statistical forecasts.
Participate in the Integrated Business Planning process and manage demand planning tools.
Conduct root cause analysis to continuously improve plans for critical service issues, forecast errors, and bias, and share findings with relevant leadership.
Job Requirements
Experience working in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or packaged goods environment, preferably in the food industry or other dynamic sectors where product shelf life is a limiting factor.
Experience working in an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) environment.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams, identify priorities, and improve planning processes.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and interpret data effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments to handle daily tasks.
