KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Response to customer calls/ messages in websites and fan
  • Consult Genetica®
  • Handle customer’s complaints or
  • Gather customer’s feedback and hand over to related PIC. Ensure customer to receive feedback from Genetica® on due
  • Follow and track E2E
  • Implement CRM
  • Execute customer care
  • Close deal, cross sales and up
  • Improve customer experience withGenetica®.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better
  • On-site consult Genetica services as requested by Line
  • Report weekly/ monthly to CS
  • Other assignment(s) requested by Line

REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Experience

  • University background in Biotechnology or Medicine is
  • CS experience is a

Skills

  • Good communication skills in both English and
  • Negotiation
  • Maturity, confidence, patience and excellent interpersonal
