JOB DESCRIPTION

ABOUT THE ROLE

Guest Service Agent (GSA) acts as a central point of contact for guest inquiries and requests.

1. Providing Information and Support
  • Welcome guests via communication channels such as Phone, Email, Chat Channel, Feedback System, etc., in a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic manner.
  • Handle requests, complaints, and any arising issues from guests, ensuring all situations are resolved satisfactorily and promptly.
  • Answer guest queries regarding menus, pricing, ingredients, operating hours, and promotional offers.
  • Guide guests through the online ordering process or assist in troubleshooting any issues they encounter.

2. Enhancing Guest Experience
  • Address guest complaints regarding service, food quality, or order accuracy. Work toward solutions in coordination with the operation team to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Gather valuable guest feedback through calls, helping the business improve services and offerings.
  • Build positive relationships with guests through friendly and professional communication, encouraging loyalty and repeat business.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Communication in English/Vietnamese/Japanese depending on the assigned line.
  • For Japanese line: Requires N2 or N3 proficiency and ability to use honorific language.
  • Working time as arranged by Supervisor: 6 days/week with rotating shifts (8 hours/day) within GSA operation hours (9:00 AM – 10:00 PM).
  • Not entitled to take regular days off on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or during holidays.
Work Location:
  • Pizza 4P’s Office – 92 Nguyen Huu Canh, Ward 22, Binh Thanh District, HCMC

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or above.
  • Ability to work under high pressure; full training on job skills and information will be provided.
  • Teamwork spirit.
  • Good listening skills.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Patience, flexibility, and adaptability to work with new systems.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.

BENEFITS & COMPENSATION

  • Basic salary: 7,500,000 VND/month
  • Monthly performance bonus: up to 3,000,000 VND/month
Language Allowances:
  • English Line: +1,000,000 VND/month
  • Japanese Line: +1,500,000 VND/month
  • Both English & Japanese Line: +2,000,000 VND/month
