What we seek:

• Managing in and out bound calls from users, drivers & clients inquiries, complaints, orders follow up, all sales and marketing matters.
• Developing new business opportunities and expand customer base in order to achieve sales target.
• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Supporting the marketing and PR activities, events or campaign, etc…

What you’ll need:

• Positive, outgoing and customer-oriented.
• Assertive with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good team player and responsible.
• Fluent in Vietnamese, proficiency in English a plus.
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
