JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Marketing Modern Trade/On Premise Intern to join our team and contribute to our channel initiatives. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for Modern trade/ On Premise channel activities, with a focus on visibility and promotional activities in all accounts of Modern trade/ On Premise channels. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in the FMCG industry, particularly in the Beverage sector, and develop skills in cross functional alignment, communication and project management. Responsibilities:
1. Visibility Support for MT/OP channel (70%)- Work with CM Manager for the development and implementation of visibility plan for assigned category:
- Work with internal Category team to ensure excellence in in-store visibility plan
- Ensure planning and tracking execution of all POSM management in all assigned projects.
- Follow up with POSM production gift sourcing and delivery to stores OTIF
2. Co-work with Marketing and Channel Development team in developing and executing category/ schematic shopper promotions (20%):
- Follow up scheme execution
- Follow up with Gift production, gift sourcing and delivery to stores OTIF
- Conduct post-promotion evaluation
3. Support weekly report for trade activities in assigned category & channel (10%)
- Prepare weekly or monthly report of market intelligence information and category review
- Prepare updates for leadership business review
- Other assigned ad-hoc reports by CM Manager
REQUIREMENTS
- Full-time availability.
- Fresh graduate
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Having sense of self -starter, out of box thinking, fast learner with bias for action and results
- Fast-learning with winning spirit and can-do attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (Both in English & Vietnamese).
