JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Identify potential new creators and recruit them to our platform, provide comprehensive livestream operation guidelines to new creators to ensure high-quality content and engagement.
  • Assist in live operation activities, including planning and execution of livestream.
  • Support creators during livestream events to ensure smooth operations.
  • Actively collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and achieve performance targets.
  • Understand e-commerce dynamics to assist creators in improving their sales skills, provide insights and recommendations to enhance e-commerce strategies and performance.
  • Prepare detailed reports on creator data performance and track all indicators, monitor and report work progress, ensuring accurate and timely updates for stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications

  • Actively enrolled University student who is able to work 5 days a week for at least 3 months.
  • Good interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Good communication, presentation skills and have writing skills.
  • Good understanding of TikTok Shop, E-commerce, TikTok content & trending. Especially TikTok livestream/ short video.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have strong networking/experience working with creator/ influencers.
  • Understanding and having experience in e-commerce or livestreaming field is a plus.
