Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
– Support NPI and improvement activities in the Packing area by standardizing packing processes, developing visual work instructions, resolving operational issues, and improving workflow efficiency.
– This role supports stable and accurate new product introduction activities aligned with manufacturing requirements.
– Support preparation and update of packing instructions, visual work guidelines, and work standards for new products/kits.
– Support checking, evaluating, and proposing suitable packaging materials for new products to ensure proper fit and packing efficiency.
– Monitor and support resolution of issues arising during packing processes to ensure production quality and lead time.
– Collect data, prepare reports, and support improvement activities related to productivity, quality, and waste reduction in the Packing area.

Qualifications:
– Final-year student or recent graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or relevant field.
– Proficient in Excel and able to read technical drawings.
– Preferred candidates with knowledge of Lean, 5S, Kaizen.
– Systematic thinking, continuous improvement mindset, and quick learning ability.
– Good communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
– Good command of English.
– Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
