Key responsibilities
Research and analyze macro environment and market situation in relation to relevant deals
Assist to produce high quality deliverables such as Company profiles, Teasers, Information Memorandums, management presentations and other presentation materials for use in M&A transactions
Assist to create and maintain financial models and valuation analyses, including DCF and trading comparable.
Support to standardize the procedures, deliverables and support on project delivery
Identify potential buyers/targets
REQUIREMENTS
Final year student or fresh graduate with Bachelor degree in relevant subjects, e.g. accounting, finance, economics, law, investment, etc.
Internship experience in finance in general is preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to be a team player
Superior Excel and PowerPoint skills and ability to quickly learn new software applications
Highly organized, detail oriented and proactive
Intellectual curiosity, strong work ethics and desire to learn
Good command of written and spoken EnglishAvailable to work full-time for at least 3 months
