Service line background
  • KPMG in Vietnam’s Corporate Finance division provides a comprehensive suite of services designed to foster strategic growth and financial well-being for our clients. Corporate Finance is an integral component of business operations, encompassing strategies, processes, and management of a company’s financial resources to optimize profitability and enhance shareholder value. It encompasses a wide spectrum of activities, including capital investment decisions, long-term and short-term financial planning, capital structuring, and dividend policy management.

Key responsibilities
  • Research and analyze macro environment and market situation in relation to relevant deals
  • Assist to produce high quality deliverables such as Company profiles, Teasers, Information Memorandums, management presentations and other presentation materials for use in M&A transactions
  • Assist to create and maintain financial models and valuation analyses, including DCF and trading comparable.
  • Support to standardize the procedures, deliverables and support on project delivery
  • Identify potential buyers/targets

REQUIREMENTS

  • Final year student or fresh graduate with Bachelor degree in relevant subjects, e.g. accounting, finance, economics, law, investment, etc.
  • Internship experience in finance in general is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to be a team player
  • Superior Excel and PowerPoint skills and ability to quickly learn new software applications
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and proactive
  • Intellectual curiosity, strong work ethics and desire to learn
  • Good command of written and spoken EnglishAvailable to work full-time for at least 3 months
