Job Responsibilities:
Employee Profile:
- Update and manage employee database, personnel files, and records.
- Track leave balance and monitor labor contract status.
- Collect HR-related data and process personnel requests from other departments.
Social Insurance (via TS24 system):
- Handle declarations for new hires, sickness/maternity leaves, and resignations.
- Prepare and submit monthly social insurance payment reports.
- Reconcile reports with C12 data.
- Close social insurance books for resigned employees.
- Submit documents for employees to claim insurance benefits (sickness, maternity, convalescence).
Personal Income Tax (PIT):
- Register tax codes for new employees.
- Register tax dependents.
- Provide PIT documents upon employee request.
Expat Support:
- Prepare labor contracts for expat employees (new or renewal).
- Assist with opening/closing bank accounts and updating personal details.
- Support one-time social insurance claim procedures for expats leaving the company.
Reports:
- Prepare annual labor reports covering branches in Binh Duong, Ba Ria Vung Tau, and Ho Chi Minh City.
- Submit labor declaration reports (mid-year and year-end).
- Submit occupational accident reports and unemployment insurance participation report.
- Prepare internal HR reports (monthly/quarterly).
Other Tasks:
- Update contract templates and HR system as needed.
- Prepare documents for employee benefits (e.g., childbirth, marriage, bereavement).
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in C&B or relevant HR functions.
- Basic understanding of Vietnam’s Social Insurance and Labor Law is a plus.
- High attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
