Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Benefit (50%)
- Support for managing overtime, leave, etc. based on monthly attendance data/work schedule and proposing overtime pay or compensatory leave.
- Responsible for managing probation/contract renewal evaluation, managing and storing labor contracts/Internship agreements.
- Responsible for managing information on social insurance participation process, deciding to terminate labor contracts.
- Responsible for managing, storing, and preserving employee records, employee data, commitments….
- Coordinate with HRSS in implementing employee benefit schemes such as social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance
- Coordinate with the bank in opening employee payroll accounts
- Coordinate with departments to organize major events for the BU: long-service awards ceremony, year-end party…
2. Administration (40%)
- Perform Onboarding procedures with new employees such as: signing commitments, employee declaration forms, guiding new employees on welfare benefits procedures.
- Coordinate and guide the Offboarding procedures with resigning employees such as handing over equipment/supplies,..
- Process payment files for related expenses
- Coordinate with Building Management, administrative department, security department, technical department on issues related to office equipment, working conditions of employees….
3. Human Resources Work (10%)
- Implement and control the implementation of HR policies and procedures within the company
- Manage company records related to Human Resources/Administration
- Ensure and control the implementation of labor regulations and collective labor agreements.
- Control the management of uniforms and work tools for employees (if any)
- Implement and ensure communication on issues related to HR function
- Other tasks as required by direct supervisors and higher levels.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Final year student in Administration/Human Resources/Business
- Seniority: Must have at least 6 months of administrative/HR work experience, or a minimum of 3 months in a related field.
- Language: Basic English communication.
- Office skills: Basic office informatics, especially Excel, knowing how to use related HR software is an advantage.
- Attitude: careful, honest, proactive, eager to learn
