RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Business Development Support
- Firm-Level Tasks:
- Conduct research on potential clients, markets trends, industries, and competitors
- Participate in networking events, seminars, and conferences
- Assist in business growth initiatives and enhancing RSM’s brand under manager guidance
- Client-Level Tasks:
- Support client relationship management through research and coordination
- Assist in preparing materials for strategic client planning
- Accelerate client engagement and internal coordination
- Contribute to lead generation and cross-selling activities
2. Branding and marketing support
- Develop and execute creative marketing initiatives to enhance RSM’s brand presence and showcase services and experts
- Ensure compliance with RSM Global branding guidelines
- Support marketing efforts to increase brand awareness among current and potential clients
REQUIREMENTS
- Final-year student or recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commerce, or related fields.
- Experience in consulting, auditing, and financial services is an advantage.
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, critical thinker, proactive, committed and able to work independently
- Strong teamwork skills with leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Business fluency in English (written, oral, presentation and facilitation skills)
