In this position, you will spearhead the growth of SEED Immigration by leading a high-performing sales team, carrying out business development activities, and growing our immigration and consulting service lines. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients and partnerships.
  • Identify market trends and emerging opportunities to enhance service offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective lead-generation campaigns.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and optimize business strategies.
  • Drive sales growth through lead generation, territory planning, and strategic prospecting.
  • Leverage company strengths and values to foster long-term customer relationships.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and manage account retention.
  • Analyze current resources, future partnerships, and ROI for business expansion.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth in consultation or professional services.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in [immigration/business/legal/financial/insurance] consulting is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and market expansion.
  • Flexibility to work across time zones and collaborate with global teams.
