JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist in managing communication between internal teams and the agency to follow on project timeline and task list.
  • Assist in tracking project progress, gathering feedback from stakeholders, and providing regular updates to the project leads.
  • Support research on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Set up meetings between various departments to ensure smooth coordination and alignment of project goals. Responsibilities include preparing agendas, distributing meeting notes, and following up on action items.
  • Support social outreach activities of key campaigns by assisting in the coordination with agency from planning to execution monitoring to deliver project on time in full. 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Full-time availability. GPA >7.5
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized
