JOB DESCRIPTION
- Greet clients come to Branch.
- Handle customer’s inquiries/ complaints properly. If necessary, contact relevant Teams for assisting with more information; or escalate to Team Leader/ Manager for further support.
- Assist and guide clients to use Tomorrow App and register their Biometric
- Support client to get queue number, connect Hotline.
- Support Branch staff on arrange Branch traffic.
- Ad hoc tasks as assigned by Branch Operations Manager
- Contribution of sales referral
- Support Branch staff on scanning and filing documents.
- We are recruiting for outsourcing positions in Ho Chi Minh City & Ha Noi
Note: the outsourcing labor contract will be signed-on with the UOB’s third party vendor
REQUIREMENTS
