Job Description

1/ BD Intern

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Data management and administrative tasks (familiar with Google Sheets and Excel)
  • Execute outreach activities via email, LinkedIn, social media, and cold calls
  • Use sales tools to identify and engage prospective new clients
  • Participate in client meetings and take meeting notes when needed
  • Participate in weekly sales strategy meetings with managers

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fourth-year undergraduate student or fresh graduate majoring in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields
  • Basic knowledge of data management
  • Strong motivation to grow a career in Sales & Business Development
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to commit to a 6-month internship

2/ Korean Intern

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with expert referral partners to support client needs.
  • Proactively engage with clients by tracking usage reports, updating revenue data, and ensuring smooth communication.
  • Support project delivery by monitoring progress, coordinating expert sourcing activities, and ensuring timely execution.
  • Assist in business development by identifying potential client leads and customizing introduction decks.
  • Post interview offers on local job platforms and monitor responses.

QUALIFICATIONS

Background
  • Final-year students or fresh graduates who can intern full-time for 4-6 months.
  • Fluency in English and Korean (both verbal and written) – Able to communicate confidently with a diverse network of experts across APAC.
  • Additional language skills are a plus!

3/ Admin Intern

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administration:
    • Support visa, work permit, and TRC processes for foreign employees.
    • Work with building management on office facility issues, parking card administration, and monthly payments.
    • Manage office supplies and working equipment; ensure availability and proper usage.
    • Support company procurements (vendor sourcing, comparison, purchasing, and expense claims).
    • Represent the company at government departments (tax, social insurance, etc.) to submit documents when required.
    • Provide administrative support to other departments upon request.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fresh graduate or final-year student able to work full-time.
  • No prior experience required; training will be provided.
  • Good at oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to multitask.
  • Able to commit to a 6-month internship.
