Job Overview
As an Ads Monetization Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing revenue through innovative advertising strategies within our mobile games. Your expertise will drive the development and execution of ad monetization strategies, ensuring that our games not only engage players but also generate optimal revenue. You will collaborate closely with Game Developers, User Acquisition, Product Owner teams to implement and refine ad campaigns, track performance, and identify growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage & optimize the advertising mediation layer by continuously reviewing and iterating our ad network and waterfall setup Build up relationships with Ad networks and strategic partners: Admob, Facebook, Applovin, Unity, etc, to ensure effective ad delivery and performance
- Run A/B tests to optimize monetization efforts: take a scientific method approach in setting up experiments, and analyzing results. You will own these tests and leverage the results
- Collaborate with other departments to understand, implement, optimize, and achieve targets
- Navigate various advertising tools and dashboards to ensure proper delivery of ads and block offensive or unwanted ads Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in ad monetization
- Provide detailed reports and insights on ad performance to stakeholders, offering recommendations for improvements
Job requirements
- Bachelorʼs degree or a soon-to-be graduate in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field Having analytical skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data Proactive in research, eager to learn, passionate, and dedicated to self-development
- Ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic work environment and handle pressure effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Enthusiastic about working with numbers and data
- Having a passion for playing games is an added advantage

Working Conditions:
- On-site at the company’s office

- Working hours: 7 hours/day, Monday to Friday. No overtime
