I. Position Overview
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administration Assistant to join our team at Morpheus Trading Group, which owns and operates Morpheus Trading Academy. This remote position offers an excellent opportunity to work in the dynamic world of trading education and
services while providing essential administrative support to our operations and client services.
II. Key Responsibilities
1. Client Communication & Support
- Send welcome emails and onboarding communications to new customers
- Respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide ongoing customer support via email and other communication channels
2. Trading Operations Support
- Add and remove clients from live trading chat rooms as needed
- Monitor and manage client access to trading platforms and resources
- Assist with trading room administration and user management
3. Administrative Management
- Track and organize administrative tasks, reports, and documentation
- Maintain accurate filing systems and client records
- Prepare and distribute regular administrative reports
- Manage scheduling and coordinate various administrative functions
3. Meeting Participation
- Attend important team meetings and take detailed notes
- Follow up on action items and meeting outcomes
- Assist with meeting preparation and coordination
Required Qualifications
1. Education
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
2. Technical Skills
- Proficiency in computer operations and troubleshooting
- Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Knowledge of Monday.com project management platform
- Knowledge of Kajabi platform is a plus
- Familiarity with AI tools and their practical applications
- Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn new software
3. Communication Skills
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Strong verbal English communication abilities
- Proficient reading comprehension in English
- Professional email etiquette and customer service skills
4. Experience
- Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred
- Experience in financial services or trading environment is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting
5. Working Hours & Availability
- Flexible working hours, with the ability to provide support during evenings or weekends when urgent cases arise, due to time zone differences.
